Standards seem to be getting higher and higher. Frequently renovated, always clean and huge variety of shops available. Lovely, lively atmosphere where staff in all shops I’ve visited happy to help and friendly with all their customers. Great place to be, unfortunately parking is expensive so would suggest the park and ride which has a stop just opposite their main entrance.

Great selection of high end shops and an art gallery. Has seating throughout and hosts the Cambridge library which is an excellent place to access knowledge. Kept very clean and open with toilets open to the public. Parking is quite expensive but very accessible and central to Cambridge

Great location and a convenient, city centre parking option. Personally there are very few shops in the Grand Arcade that appeal to me as I'm not into fashion brands but John Lewis is very convenient. I can see that it would be popular with more fashion conscious people.

4/ 5

A shopping arcade in the centre of town that extends the old Lion Yard. A range of higher end chains and a few more quirky shops and a couple of places to eat and drink. There is usually some 'pop-up' event or shop in the central section. There is a public piano on the second floor balcony if you want to play.

If you can afford to park here you can probably afford to shop here. It's a decent mall with plenty of brand focused stores, a John Lewis with several concessions, and a handful of places to grab a coffee or snack. The Grand Arcade should not be the reason to visit Cambridge but is certainly a good addition to the city.

Coffee, juice, food & snacks, sweets, clothing, footwear, electronics & gadgets all available in this shopping mall. It's spacious, bright and comfortable. Easier to practice social distancing than in some other similar shopping centre's. It offers a good range of products and services that I can recommend.
