Absolutely horrendous. The receptionists do not have the right service. I've been there more than once, and only one doctor seemed polite and like he was ready to somewhat help. The rest I've seen, were rude, manners not present, acting like they dont even want to work there or see patients.. as if it's the worst part of their day. No good attitude to work. Be sure to go to A&E first so they can recommend you there or best way to go is calling 111 and getting an actual appointment. Last time I had went, the doctor seriously seemed racist, and so eager to send me home instead of helping me or listening to me. By far one of the worst services on the planet. For those who have had great experiences here, you must be very very lucky.

Had to get a prescription signed for my mum arranged by Paletiv care. Once I went to Vicker pharmacy to collect it they said an alternative would have to be prescribed. They contacted the Doctor to fax through an alternative. It took them nearly 2 hours and they weren’t even busy. Precious time lost when I could have been with my mum. Completely unacceptable 0 reviews

Went in as an emergency. The staff were and are fantastic. This while being understaffed every day. I would say I enjoyed my stay, except being ill is no fun.

I have struggled with my Dr for 7 years to get my back checked out because of a recurring problem. They refuse to give me an MRI or X-ray. After being admitted to A&E yesterday where the ambulance crew and Drs/nurses were brill, I got checked out, had an MRI done which found the problem. They finally got to the bottom of my problem that my GP surgery refused to. The only downfall is that I was there for nearly 13 hours but the housekeepers were lovely and offered me cups of tea and a sandwhich (Alesia and the blonde lady, brilliant hard workers and are very polite and helpful to patients) Thank you
