The staff for the most part are extremely helpful and courteous with pleasant manners and in the main are only too willing to help and serve you they are always friendly and deserve this praise.

They are quick at getting through a queue and with a smile ☺️also civility is free and works vic

Today, I went to Govan Cross post office to send my parcel. There is this short hair woman with a mole on her face who being racist and treated me with very bad attitude. She was mean, scolded me and refuse to do business with me. Is this the service that post office provide to the customer nowadays?
