Today, I was mistakenly redirected by Mitchell Shire Council (Planning and Building) to call GVW about an inquiry. Unfortunately, the line was busy, so I left a message and thought to myself 'they will not return my call anyway'. However, a lovely lady called Julia from Property Services has not only promptly returned my call, but has in the meantime already found out the information to help me (name and proper department to contact at Mitchell Shire Council). If that is not a 5-star customer service, then nothing will ever be. Thanks to Julia I got all answers to my inquiry today. She is a great example of how customer service should be and hope she will be rewarded for it!
