6 weeks ago I saw Cara with a small tear in my quadricep, today I finished the Boston marathon. Without Cara's treatment and support I would never have made it. I can't thank and recommend Cara enough

5/ 5

I have been on a program of prescribed exercise, treatment when needed and regular clinical Pilates by Courtney Quadrell primarily. She is great at assessment and targets my areas of need. I’ve gained in strength and muscle control, and improved my balance and posture. Whenever any of the other physios take the Pilates classes they are excellent too. All the staff I’ve met are welcoming and professional. I get the feeling that client well-being is their top priority.

5/ 5

Tim treated me on 2 occasions within 24 hours of a Wry Neck diagnosis and gave me full range of movement/motion in the neck as well as significantly reduced the pain and inflammation I had been experiencing for well over a neck with painkillers. I do not live local but he gave me immediate care and attention and I am able to continue treatment elsewhere knowing what my condition is and how to improve it.

I have been treated here for sports related injuries a few times over the last few years and they are the best around. I've seen three different physios here and they were all able to identify the cause pretty quickly and get me back fit again each time. Very professional, they've got an awesome, bright and welcoming space and they offer so much more with pilates and hydrotherapy too! Highly recommend!
