I have never left a review before but I felt his was very deserved. My husband surprised me by buying me a new engagement ring in Goldsmiths in York for our 30th wedding anniversary. I received exceptional service from Susie who helped me choose my beautiful ring. I then had to wait for delivery and was a bit disappointed as there was a delay. On phoning the branch I again received excellent service from the branch manager who could not have been more helpful. Received today with some little extras from the wonderful staff. Thank you so much.
