Great shop and amazing staff..

Poor service and effort from staff in the branch in trying to solve the problem with my Tag Heuer watch. They were more interested in offloading the issue to Tag themselves at an exorbitant fee. Would not recommend buying anything from Goldsmiths as customer service is non-existent.

Very good shop and staff, with a wide selection of watches & jewellery..

I went in just to pick up an online order but the service I received was exceptional! Was given a seat, allowed to try my watches on and had them adjusted free of charge. The lady also packaged them back up for me in a beautiful gift bag. I thought I was just picking a box up and leaving but I left feeling like a VIP!

9:15am and I'm stood outside waiting for the shop to put it's shutters up. Says it opens at 9am looks like the staff are more interested in chatting amongst themselves. Every other shop is open

My friend and I made a purchase at goldsmiths Buchanan Galleries Mon 1st Nov.The level of service we got was exceptional from everyone on the floor.We were using tesco vouchers and were made very welcome.We bought some lovely hugo boss items with the help of the staff modelling for us ( much appreciated lol)Thank you all for your amazing service.Will look forward to returning soon

Unfortunately I was served by a very rude staff member. Didn’t see the name badge but had dyed red hair. I went into the shop to enquire about the online deal where buying a watch over £2000 included a watch winder, if this could be made possible when buying a watch in store. This idea was shut down incredibly fast and the rest of the conversation was filled with attitude . Another staff member did politely and professionally try to offer a way this would be possible but it was too late by then. I decided I would be buying my watch elsewhere. I’m now the proud owner of a Tudor black bay 58. Bought from Laings who happily offered a wolf watch winder with first class service.
