Incredible customer service! I was welcomed into the Brighton store with a warm welcome and smile by Sam. She was so friendly and genuinely interested in my wedding plans. Sam spent time discussing the wedding band and delivery options available and searching for the nearest store to my work & home address. I must also credit the store manager who was also extremely friendly. If you are looking for a store with beautiful jewellery where you are treated as a valued customer, this is the place! 100% recommended.

Chris was absolutely amazing. I brought my Mum in this shop in her final weeks of Brain Cancer as she wanted to buy a 'sparkly watch' and Chris sat with her for an hour and treated her amazingly. After she passed away I drove back to Brighton (2 hours from my house) to Thank Chris and get a watch for myself. He is the most personable, friendly person, and truly the best customer service I have witnessed. Thank you so much.

Amazing brand new renovated store. Such friendly staff that go above and beyond to make your day special, with fun drinks and smiles offered for free, you won't regret going in store as opposed to the online experience.

From the moment I walked into the store in Churchill Square I was met with nothing but Amazing service! The team made me feel welcome, we were able to find my previous purchases so that we could identify the correct size and then the team went about showing the range. Naturally I explored the excellent Goldsmiths website and went back to see Chris, who ordered the ring for me to view in the closest size possible, with the confidence that if it needed to be re-sized it could be done so Free of charge, if i were to make the purchase in store. Chris kindly sent me a payment link and all was done. When I went to collect the item I was offered a coffee and made to feel like a VIP, Chris even gift wrapped the item! Its reassuring to see that the high street is still the place to get great face to face service which the internet can not rival. Thank you to Chris and team for making me feel special and making the purchase so pleasurable.
