Golden Oriental Chinese salisbury

Really nice food enjoyed my take very much and the special house rice was one of the best I've ever had.

Horrid customer service,I was sent the wrong order,I called to state the order I received was not what I ordered the female with strong Asian accent became quite aggressive, shouting while trying to convince me I ordered pork instead of squid and fried rice instead of chow mein.The whole order was incorrect,I was blatantly told she is not going to change it.I ask for a refund as the food they delivered we dont eat.The phone was hanged up on me and when I tried to call back they refused to answer. I AVOID AT ALL COST.I hope they are put out of services as it seem to be a Trend.

My parents ordered from this place frequently until now. Last night they ordered two curries, the correct order was read back on the phone but the wrong food arrived. My mother called them back up to sort this out, the women on the other end of the phone became aggressive saying that they will not be coming back to sort this out. (She even confirmed they had ordered a curry not a chow mein!) She said the order was read back and she was basically blaming my parents for golden orientals mistake. I would personally avoid at all costs. They didn't get the money back and the food went in the bin.

Excellent as always, freshly cooked and quick.

Placed a order from this place last night for the first time as new to the area, I've been up most of the night with terrible pains in my belly and been in and out of the toilet. I've ment to be out today but have had to stay in on the sofa from feeling so rough I can't say how many times I had been sick, the beef looked jet black, never seen beef ever look that before so I should of known not to eat it also the spare ribs looked not right, I'm guessing all the good reviews must be from friends and family cause honestly I've never felt so ill from a take away. I'll be calling them later when they open. 🤢

Great place food was very nice would recommend to anyone

After a previous order which tasted like it was cooked about 10 times before selling thought ill give them another go Placed order through the their website. Hour passed and decided to call. They are closed until 18th july 2021. No mention of this, taken money and now have to wait for a refund. If they use a website they should update accordingly. Hold of learnt from my mistake the first time. Will order from grate wall salisbury from now on!

Ok but one of our dishes arrived cold like it was just out of the fridge so hadnt been "microwaved" and the prawn crackers where really stale. The other 2 dishes where hot but the ribs where just fat couldnt find any meat on them.
