Steve represents the pinnacle of customer service. We had a number of hiccups along the way, all completely out of Steve's hands. We had been very burnt in the past with tradesmen, but Steve will not break his promises. He ALWAYS comes through. This is the second sauna he has built for us, and we will always seek his services in the future as well as continue to recommend him (have already done so in the last month with some friends who will be calling him soon). Best wishes to the team at Gold Coast Saunas, and THANK YOU!

Steve is an absolute jem. He is a lovely bloke, went above and beyond for us. He brought his team up in North of Brisbane and put them up in a motel to finish the job for us. 10 outa 10 for customer service. 10 outa 10 for workmanship. We love our Sauna
