When we arrived there was á mistake with reservation, which then ended with us in a room that hadn't been cleaned/serviced. But oh how they redeemed themselves, they so looked after us, a free drink, an apology from the housekeeper, followed by one from the manager. They listened to our feedback with good vibes. I would stop there again next time I am going to Glasgow airport. PS. Breakfast was so AMAZING, everything you could want was there and as much as you could eat, and as many times as you wanted to. Thumbs up.

Loved our night out at the Glynhill excellent tribute night and the staff were great. Biggest revelation was the food! it was excellent, I have been to plenty of these large hotel single menu nights for Christmas and various events and the Glynhill meal was fantastic. We were a party of 9 and everyone loved it. Highly recommended.

I recently attended a funeral tea at the Glynhill and I have to say the service on the day was exceptional. This was a very sad time for myself and my family but the ladies who looked after us Heather & Lynette were professional and attentive the whole time - thank you ladies for your support on what was a difficult day.

Good value for money accomodation. Good easy to access location and plenty of parking on site. Hotel is reasonable and in line with its star rating. Rooms are perfectly acceptable, clean and reasonably well laid out. Rooms include basic tea & coffee facilities, iron & board, TV. Good facilities on site in the leisure centre. Pub on site has a very basic menu but food here & at the restaurant is good. Bar is well stocked and staff seem friendly.

Tired rooms. Attended for an event but got read the riot act before we even had our room key. I understand that they don't want things to get out of hand bit other hotels seem to manage without going down the Fun Nazi route. Didn't appreciate being given a row before I even had the chance to misbehave!!! It has been a long time since I was spoken to like a naughty teenager.

I think when the hotel was last renovated it looked great, but I’m guessing it was around 15 years ago. Check in was fine and quick, which after a long drive is always nice. Dinner was served until 20:45 which also helped - though the quality wasn’t great, it was edible but nothing to write home about. The staff were great and helpful - originally in room 254 and the bed / mattress wasn’t very good. By the time I got into bed on night 1 it was too late to mess about changing rooms so I dealt with it. Mentioned it the reception the following morning and they swapped the rooms straight away so that was great. The new room was understandably identical being a few doors down. They are fairly small and being on my own this isn’t a problem - but for the price (£90 per night) I definitely expected more. Plugs and light switches everywhere which is good Maybe a 15” telly Fairly good WiFi These rooms are roasting I think all the heating is in the bathroom which keeps the whole room cooking. Showers are powerful but set quite low which is annoying being a bit taller. If the room was priced more reasonably probably £70 at most it would be more acceptable.

Was here a couple of years ago and service was poor but they were very busy. Went back today, with four family members, for Christmas meal. Arrived 1.15, no Christmas menu. Despite only 2 woman there it was 1.50 before they took our order, 30 mins later starters arrived, one wrong. After 3 before the main courses arrived, only four, they had forgotten to do one, another 30 minutes. Food was good but not as ordered. Ordered desserts, teas and coffees, another long wait, desserts weren’t as described and they even managed to get the drinks wrong. The waiter, who was clueless, would come to the table wearing a mask but kept pulling it down to talk. Just under fours there, how much longer would it have been had it been busy. Faulty Towers springs to mind

I've worked here for years providing quiz nights and other various forms of entertainment. Always a nice visit with friendly staff and great facilities. Reasonably good parking too if it's not too busy...😁😁
