My family have been using this practice for years as I live very close. Sometimes hard to get an appointment as they are very busy. They are reasonable and usually understanding and friendly. Please remember the staff are human and try their best.

Care and support for patient of Glenmill staff have always been great however....called Wednesday for ongoing test results and asked for appointment to discuss next steps was told to phone on the Friday which I did and was told GP would call back as he did and discussed issues and where to go from here Then I was sorely reprimanded and accused of raising my voice for using the emergency Dr appointments which is for acute issues only !!! This did not happen although the GP continued to explain what emergency means .... sad to be talked to in this manner. This is in no way directed to other Glenmill staff who have always helped and been of great reassurance to myself and the Lady I care for.
