Absolutely shocking these doctors are, apparently i don't need insulin or blood glucose testing strips because i need a review before my repeat prescription is reinstated, im type 1 diabetic and i need insulin injections 4 times a day, testing strips to monitor my blood sugars but ive been refused until a review is made....How's that possible! unless im now cured of this terrible disease, insulin is the only thing keeping me alive, ive already been diagnosed with diabetic macula pathy. i will be making a complaint to the highest authority regarding this, absolute disgrace.

The staff may be good but not for everyone because if I talk three or four times some receptions are in a hurry. In the past, doctors used to see everything well since the phone conversation started, and most doctors don't even get an appointment. However, there is a nurse who looks very well and speaks very well. She is a very good nurse. I'm sorry I can't remember her name.

I haven't been with Glebedale that long but it is already proving to be worse than my last doctors. You ring in the morning from 8am and keep being told to call back later. When you do finally get through, you are put in a queue and have to wait about 30-50 minutes to get through and by the time you have got through all the appointments are gone. I've been calling since 8 am. It is now 8.30 and I'm still not in the queue. I have been having health problems and pain in my right upper abdomen for well over a year now, they have finally looked in to it but it took almost 2 months of ringing every day to get my results which shows there is a small problem but because it's small they aren't doing anything about it and haven't suggested anything to help it.

So what is very bad about this place is the phone, aswell as the receptionists. It takes about 25 minutes to get on the line to some rude Person to book you in. Communication system very bad. All doctors and nurses are nice but some can be rough at times. Toilets are also disgusting and Doctor calls are out of order when they call hours late!
