We are well known for our stone baked pizzas. We make our own dough using the finest Italian type ‘0’ flour and hand-stretch every base to order. Our homemade sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes and our cheese is 100% pure mozzarella. We source local toppings such as Snowdonia mushrooms from the Mushroom Garden and our spicy sauce for our most popular ‘Snowdon’ pizza is made exclusively for us by Maggie’s Exotic Foods. You can also enjoy local beers from Purple Moose, Bragdy Lleu and Cwrw Llyn, or cider from Pant Du.

  • In Roman times, Newcastle – then called Pons Aelius – was a fort on Hadrian’s Wall, and during the Saxon period, it was known as Monk Chester on account of its many religious houses.
