I would like to thank Ian for his great customer service. I purchased a pair of RCF Evox 8's and Ian had them set up in the shop ready for me to listen to but before this he allowed me to park in front of his car as there were no spaces left in the car park downstairs. Once I had listed to the speakers he led me through the procedure for packing away the speakers and then even threw in some extra long EIC Cables as the ones with the system were very short.
