The website for booking longstay carparking is really bad. It requires fields to be filled that can't be answered unless you have an ID number. No indication what that is or how to obtain one. I called the number for the airport and I followed the automated instructions to the car parking information, only to have the call ended once I selected the Car Park option. Very poor service and prevents me from using the long stay car park as a result

Pre booked through Purple Parking, Numberplate was read at the barrier and I got straight in and parked up. Airport bus was there in minutes and dropped us outside the terminal. On return, got straight on the bus outside the terminal. Drove up to the barrier which automatically let me out. No issues and I would recommend.

Shuttle bus took forever to arrive at airport. Lucky that we were coming back from holiday rather than going out and needing to catch a flight.

Car park is convenient but is a total rip off. Be prepared to be disappointed if you need to ask the staff on duty a question as they are incredibly rude and barely willing to help.

Terrible for the price. Can use several other companies that actually have a regular bus service for HALF the price. The whole point of paying extra for parking 'on the airport' is for a quicker experience. The journey may be a 2-5 minute transfer as advertised BUT your bus service certainly isn't. Appreciate there can't always be a bus available but you should never have to wait 30 mins for an 'on airport ground parking' transfer. Think you only have one bus running! Useless. Will not use again. Use direct parking or sky park, slightly further away but have regular transfers. We usually use short stay but was full. This parking added 1 hour to our journey since collecting our bags!
