Lady pulled her mask down as soon as started working on my eyebrows and continued the full treatment without mask despite me requesting her to put it back on. Very unprofessional going against COVID guidelines as a business.

I would say this was my best experience...My previous experiences in Birmingham were terrible but this time I decided to have a visit at glamour forever salon in Sunderland and I would suggest everyone to visit this salon as it has a most friendly staff who are professional in their work. I had eyebrows threading, face wax, eyelashes extensions and full body wax. Not even a single mistake I could point out... everything was so amazing 😍 I would visit again and again 😊 Glamour forever would be my first choice from now ☺️❤️

What an amazing experience I've had with the lovely Pino. After having a bad experience 13 year ago I've never been to a hairdresser's until I met this fabulous man, the most experienced and professional hairdresser I have ever met, he talked me through my options and consulted me on colour choice. He restored my confidence and totally transformed my hair, an amazing man with a fabulous sister Maria who offers a whole load of treatments. Together they offer the whole package, amazing people with a beautiful and clean shop. I'll certainly be returning in the not to distant future 💯💖
