I agree that a venue is a lovely place, however, my issue is with the customer service and the booking process is what I am concerned over. My sister booked online for all of us to go by when we arrived for our session there has been a mistake and our booking came upon their system wrong and we were not able to go in for our swim session disappointing 5 very excited children who were waiting to go swimming .
