I have suffered with headaches and migraines all my life, taking pain relief daily and feeling tired and just unwell. After 3 appointments with Jake I feel fantastic...free from pain. Jake is working on my posture and neck muscles with gentle exercise. I have not had a headache in the 3 weeks of seeing Jake and have not had to take pain relief in this time. I can not believe how good I feel and how rested I feel after a good nights sleep. Jake's knowledge, understanding and care of the whole body and general health is so professional.

I have been dealing with many health issues in the past 10 years, from bad headaches, food allergies , digestion issues, sinus problems , sleep apnoea, muscle pain ,balance issues , no energy , tiredness and fatigue being some of them. I was getting more and more unwell , things seemed hopeless and the usual treatments I had explored were not working. Most days I was not up to leaving the house. In 4 months , since seeing Jake and getting treatment and advice from him , many of my issues have reduced enormously , and some have disappeared . Jake looks at the whole picture of your health , not just one issue or symptom . He is very thorough , kind and friendly , easy to talk to . I am so pleased To not have to deal with the side effects of prescription drugs but rather use natural ways of dealing with health issues. I am very grateful to Jake for the help he has given me . I can’t recommend him enough.

I have been a weekly client of Jake's for approximately 3 years. I had a lot of lactic acid build up & muscle fibre binding which was starting to hinder joint mobility. As i train at a high intensity I will be a long term client of Jake's. He has does an amazing job for my mobility & progress WILL continue. Strongly recommend Jake's services!!!
