Excellent service from this garage, bought an immaculate Golf 1.6 Tdi today and if I didn't know it was a 13 plate I would swear it was brand new. Buying process was hassle free and salesman answered all questions asked of the vehicle off the top of his head. I highly recommend this garage to anyone.

I have just picked up my car today from George Mackay Cars. These guys go the extra mile to ensure that the customer experience exceeds expectation. The pricing was fair and at no point was I put under pressure to rush or make my decision to purchase or not. They ensured that I would not have any unexpected costs like servicing / warranty extension and even phoned on my behalf to have the vehicle tracker activation transferred to my name. The cars they have in stock are top quality and Ross, Andrew (and George) clearly have a great business that they are proud to be part of.I would not hesitate in using them again and plan to do so again in the future.

Fantastic independent dealer, during the sales process they were very helpful and didn't pressure me into a decision at any stage. They took care of everything for me, I just had to turn up and pick up the keys. On after-sale care, I had an issue with the brakes on my car a couple of weeks after I collected it. Rather than just referring me on to Audi, Andrew called an Audi specialist he knew to discuss the issue, booked me in for an appointment to have it fixed, and picked up the car from me and dropped it off to me - didn't cost me a penny. Would absolutely buy again from the team.

Phenomenal experience buying through George Mackay. They have truly changed my outlook on where and what to buy with cars. Took my Mustang home last week and couldn't be happier with the service they provided and the quality of cars they had in stock. They sorted everything that I needed, had the longest test drive I've ever been allowed to do and I was able to pick up my car a week later with a fresh MOT, service and my personalised plates. I bought a lovely Grand Scenic from these guys last week and I can't fault them.The car was just what I was looking for so the journey through from Clydebank to Edinburgh was worth it. I got a reasonable trade in and I was happy with the window price so no need to haggle. Andrew is a gem of a guy who would go out his way to help you. Definitely give these guys a shout if you are looking for a quality car.
