I have received exemplary treatment at this practice for many years now. Rob is a fantastic dentist, professional and friendly as are the rest of the staff here and i would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. From a rather fussy patient!

Absolutely wonderful and caring team. I cannot thank Gental Dental enough for everything that they have done for me and my teeth! I had not visited a dentist in years out of fear and embarrassment because of the condition of my teeth but they completely took that away. I live in Southampton and my initial appointments were here for the invisalign treatment but after a couple of appointments I decided that this is the best dental practice for me, regardless of the commute to Salisbury for my appointments, I actually look forward to them! Everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with have been extremely helpful, caring and professional. I cannot praise them enough and highly recommend this dentist to everyone.

Whether it's a visit to Rob, the Dentist or to the hygienist I always enjoy friendly, professional and efficient service at every visit. I only recently became a patient at Gentle Dental but I know that I have made the best dentist for me in Salisbury.

Fantastic care for those who are nervous of dentists! The hygienist has the latest equipment for cleaning your teeth which is quiet, comfortable and quick, especially compared to the old ultrasonic systems. Can highly recommend Gentle Dental, the staff are all very friendly and explain what is going on throughout your treatment, which I find very helpful as someone who is terrified of dentists and all things to do with my teeth.

I had an appointment today and this is the first time in my life that I wasn’t frightened to attend a dental appointment. My previous two visits completely put me at ease, and everything was explained in detail. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. Finding this dental practice has been a revelation, and although it may sound extremely gushing I’m so amazed that I have been able to calmly go to the dentist! Thank you Rob, Niamh and staff.

Appointment earlier today with Niamh, the hygienist. Exceptional service and certainly ranks as my most enjoyable treatment session…ever. From the moment you walk through the door to the completion of the treatment, the customer service received from team at Gentle Dental is second to none. I cannot recommend this team highly enough.

Amazing dentist! Niamh and Rob always offer incredible service and professionalism. The staff are very friendly and work around your schedule to make an appointment fit. I always come away feeling confident that my teeth have been thoroughly looked after.

Visited to have a tooth extracted. From the moment I arrived I was put at ease which is great considering I do not like going to the Dentist. Rob explained all the procedural and legal bits before starting the intitial process of the anastetic and preparation of the extraction. After about 10 minutes waiting in the chair and watching the fish on the TV above your head, I was ready for the extraction. Rob put some piece of equipment in my mouth and just about immediately removed the tooth without any pain, noise or feeling that your mouth was going to feel this tooth being ripped from it's roots. I just couldn't believe that the tooth had been taken out without any feeling what so ever. This really was "Gentle Dental" and would thoroughly recommend.

Well, after a life long phobia of dentists (50 years) I decided to get it sorted. Gentle Dental was recommended to me by a friend. Long story short, and only after a few visits, I think I can say I am over my phobia thanks to this team. Not only that but I am looking forward to the rest of my treatment (never thought I would be saying that) and being able to smile again. I cannot recommend Gentle Dental enough! Thanks guys:)
