Decent local gym that’s usually not too busy. There’s a reasonable selection of equipment (cross trainers, treadmills, weights, abs, chin & dip, cycles, rowers, balls, mats etc), but best of all are the staff, who are all very helpful and knowledgeable.

Genesis gym is great. The staff are really friendly, encouraging and pushy (in a really good way). The Spinning classes are excellent and I've just discovered Strength classes which are equally as tough but weirdly enjoyable. The atmosphere inside the gym is relaxed and covid safe, and for me, it is so convenient I wouldn't look to go anywhere else.

5/ 5

After a long lockdown decided to join a gym, coach potato induction programme. What a blast, Jesse is a fantastic personal trainer, with a positive attitude and loads of encouragement. He is able to push you and get the best out of you. Yet making it fun. Changing your program to stretch you and stop you from becoming bored. Fantastic
