***See their response below. This company would rather fight with me in public after I paid them thousands of pounds instead of giving me less than £170 I deserve. Who would work with these people?*** Avoid this company at all costs. They forgot to pack a crucial piece for my child’s bicycle seat. They put the bicycle back together incompletely and in a dangerous condition. I got the bicycle inspected by professionals who spotted the error and told me it was due to the actions of the movers. Had I tried to use the seat without inspection my child would have been seriously injured. GBLiners refused to pay me £80 to replace the part, even though I paid them £6000 for the move. They were rude and dismissive and after saying “no” stopped communicating with me entirely. They had my money and didn’t care anymore. Not even an apology. Awful people. Awful company. Choose someone else.

GB Liners helped move myself and my girlfriend from a 2 bed flat across London. They were recommended by two of my sisters who had separately used them for their home moves in the last year and had good things to say. The staff at the office were knowledgeable and keen to assist in ensuring everything was prepared in advance. This included finer details such as ensuring the council at our new home had reserved a spot for the van outside the flat. The removal men (Paul and Sergi) were very polite and incredibly efficient. All in all, well worth the money. Thank you GB Liners.

Polite Office staff not so polite warehouse staff. After unloading my container had took 3 hours I popped my head around the back to politely ask how long it would be until finished. I had a very surly response of "as long as it takes" When I explained that I have to ask to keep my controller informed, I was told to " chill out relax don't go anywhere" I know I'm just a delivery driver but I hope they treat their customers better.

Such a helpful bunch of people especially Claire who was so nice and helpful. I needed a box to ship stuff to my sister in Germany she said come down and pick it up at no charge thank you so much. I highly recommend GB Liners and there kind and helpful staff.
