Very good massage center, very professional, Highly recommended, value for money. Most of the times, they are full booked with customers, better to go with prior booking over the phone to avoid any disappointments. Plenty of parking available. Very knowledgeable and caring staff.

Massage was just OK. Prior to the massage I wasn't asked about my preferred massage pressure or any areas for focus or injuries/tender spots to avoid. This is a basic level of care and service that was overlooked. Half way through the massage the masseuse disappeared for approx 10mins - presumably for the bathroom as you could clearly hear the doors, flushing, taps and room spray from the treatment room - not the most relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately this lost time wasn't added onto the end and the massage ended promptly at the scheduled time, and not a minute later. At the end of the massage, when I exited the room, there were no reception staff or sign of my masseuse to say thank you and goodbye so I simply just...left. (payment is taken at the start). You can find better service and massages elsewhere in Canberra. Pros - easy to book and easy parking.
