When I was a Patient in Tate ward I felt 10x more depressed and there is no proper support all they done what restrain me and give me a jag up the back side and filled me up with loads of different tablets that made me sleep all the time I was so scared the whole two and half weeks in there the staff where not one bit friendly all I wanted to do is go home where I felt safe the ward was not one bit home lay I was not allowed my window open at night time and at night time I like the fresh air because it helps me sleep at night time I was not allowed to see my friends or my family and I was not allowed to see my support workers and i was crying every single night because of how scared and lonely I was and I was put under a 28 day detention under the mental health act and if I never contacted my lawyer they probably would have not let me out they knew I would not go down with out a fight
