Excellent hotel, had great time the previous time I stayed over, friendly staff and great variety of food. Would definitely come again.

The restaurant is pathetic. The food choice for a buffet leaves alot to be desired. Rooms are not adequately furnished with provisions eg, a couple sharing has only 1 towel, 1 soap and 1 showergel/shampoo as toiletries, insufficient tea and coffee for 2 persons

The place was neat but we had a terrible customer service when we returned for a subsequent stay on 14 Jan 2021 when we found an Indian lady who called herself a manager there who told us not to sit in the waiting area while processing our booking but rather stay outside until the booking was finalized, which I found to be very unwelcoming and rude towards guests. Anyway I decided not to stay there anymore as I had never experienced such a disgusting unprofessionalism from a manager.

Great staff at reception. I was not happy with food and restaurant staff- staff need better training on customer care or hospitality.. I was extremely disappointed. Hopefully they will improve

So Newcastle is not exactly a tourists dream, but this hotel is really nice. Rooms are quite large and bathrooms clean and have a nice shower and bath. Staff are friendly and there's lots of parking. There's a casino attached next door easily accessible from rooms. Lovely pool. The buffer style restaurant is nice, but I must say the food was not the greatest. The breakfast buffet was good though and worth the money.

Hotel is modern, extremely clean and in a lovely setting with a pool overlooking a green lawn. Connected to the Black Rock Casino just off the N11 outside of the Newcastle CBD. The only issues are black mold in the showers (not acceptable by any hotel standards), the food selection seems to cater for only a few tastes and front desk staff need to be more pleasant. Otherwise highly recommended.

Well situated, beautiful surroundings. Quality of Coffee at restaurant need urgent attention. Avoid at all cost if possible

Aircon making big noise and was not cooling at all. When switching off room is unbearable with heat. When we arrived the room toilet not flushing. Had to get maintenance to assist. GIven half used toilet roll. Only 2 bath towels for family. Disappointed with Garden Court.
