Absolutely pleased with my purchase! Not only were the admin staff a pleasure to deal with but so was dealing with the Company owner, Greg, who went above and beyond. The fitters came on time and left no trace other than a brand new, quality high-spec wardrobe which I am thrilled with. Would definitely recommend!

Even though my wife has already left her own review I wanted to reinforce her comments. Once again dealing with GAP Solutions was effortless, the whole process from deciding on the style through to fitting was straightforward. The team are great to deal with and I could not fault the fitter on the day of installation. I would highly recommend the company and their products. My only reservation is that we did not have our second wardrobe fitted by them years ago !! Thank you

After looking through the reviews above, I feel I have to tell you of our experience. We phoned Gap Solutions to come round to give us a quote on our spare room for some wardrobes. They got back to us quickly and gave us a competitive quote. We decided to use Gap Solutions. As we had heard good things about them. Greg the owner, came with the team and over one day fitted the wardrobes. The service we received was exceptional. Because of this, we had a second bedroom fitted with wardrobes. All I can say is that Gap Solutions is a family run business, they are always available to answer any questions, I actually found their customer service exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend Gap Solutions.

1 star is too good for this company. I feel history is repeating itself with some of the previous comments. Me and my partner have been left feeling totally disrespected and in some way discriminated! From the moment we entered the showroom we should have realised that we were not welcome. I have read over the previous reviews and think it is quite alarming that the owner has to have his staff and school aged son put in good reviews. Maybe if you treated your customers with a bit of respect you would not have to use back handed techniques. Thank you for your response, unfortunately as you say my name will not be on your system as we didn’t get the opportunity to leave our details. We visited the showroom to have a look around with the possibility of purchasing a few wardrobes, we were left for around 10 minutes whilst 2 members of staff ‘eat their lunch’, eventually after approaching the office for the third time a man came out to speak with us. He quickly relayed that ‘we are too busy for public work and deal with businesses’. So this is why you will not find our names on your system! People leave reviews on here as a message to others, this may be my only review but I have never felt the need to leave one before as I have never had such an experience like it. I feel for you to respond and disregard this even more offence. I would also like to add that the fact your ‘10 year old son’ and staff members have left reviews a little alarming and shouts out “warning” in my eyes.

This team are excellent. From start to finish an purely professional job. A great price. Greg and team give over 100% to make sure you are happy as a customer. I am one a customer and I would and have recommended GAP Solutions to many of my friends and neighbors. But you know what? Their work speaks for itself.

Excellent service by Sophie and the team. GAP Solutions previously done the wardrobes at the property I just moved in. I was able to call and get the historic records of the sizes and what was installed. Was able to order additional parts, no problem. Did a self pick up on a weekend and easily installed everything. The whole process was smooth and straight forward! Keep it up guys.

We had Gap Solutions totally transform a small store room into the most amazing walk in wardrobe. From start to finish the team were professional, considerable and very keen to ensure that the work done was to the highest specification. Problems encountered along the way (we have a very old house) were managed well with clear solutions. The work came in on budget and we are very pleased with the finished result. I cannot thank Greg and the team enough. Highly recommended!

This is the second time I have used Gap Solutions, once for just wardrobe doors and this time for a full wardrobe fit. Despite all the restrictions in place, which have caused a number of hurdles to leap, the people I have dealt have been unfailingly upbeat and helpful. I have to say, it was worth the wait. My wardrobes look great and I can't wait to fill them! I have changed my mind about colours and doors, and they just revised their designs and sent them back through again. I have sent random emails and they have responded helpfully (thank you Sophie). Thank you to the whole team from showroom staff to fitters, the quality of the wardrobes is clear to see and they are exactly what I wanted.
