The smell of burning incense permeating through The Corridor always brings me into this shop. All the colours inside make me feel alive and totally contradict the gloomy English weather. When visiting, you are always surrounded by optimistic people who know loads about the crystals and their properties, helping you choose the suitable one’s for you. And not just that, they personally help you pick out the proper outfit or a special Hindu statue for your house. If you are ever in Bath, I do recommend a visit, even if just to fill yourself with positivity.

Crystal prices are a tad dear for their sizes. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Ganesha got me back to Bath a second time. The first time around I didn't have the time to stop and shop, but the smell of sandalwood agarbatti emanating from the store and some very beautiful turquoise rings on display were signs enough that I needed to be back. And lo and behold, this time I didn't return empty handed from Bath. Thanks to Ganesha, I got to pick up some gorgeous and very unique pieces of silver jewellery studded with semi precious stones. They looked and felt amazing. The staff stayed patient throughout as I kept trying their jewellery, asking about the stones and their properties. They helped me make some really great choices and I left the store extremely fulfilled with my purchases. I wish I could be a returning customer, having become a huge patron of their unique jewellery designs. And even though I don't know if I'd ever come back to Bath, I'd keep spreading the word and here's hoping that I find their collection in India too 🙂

They are extremely unprofessional, when posting for a job they were too lazy too properly write out the job descriptions, and when I suggested that they improve their wording as too sound more professional, they said that they are to quote 'not a grammar improvement company', and that I should 'find a job as a proof reader', extremely rude.
