Every time I have been into game I have had to queue as there never seems to be enough staff, this maybe a good thing that it's always busy or I go at the wrong time. They have great deals and it's always good to buy the pre-owned games if you are like me and happy not to stay up to date with all the new games. I am happy to see it still going but sometimes would be nice to see more staff to assist.

Refused to offer refund for a switch lite that was two days old. The policy that states you cannot return open boxes isn’t said on their receipt or their website.... I sell high value electronic goods for a living that allows you to return open boxes within two weeks, the fact I can’t return a plastic gameboy is a joke

Smart little GAME outlet. Usually well stocked and well staffed. Whilst I don't use all of their services trade in is always easy, good range of games both new and second hand. If I'm in the Trafford Centre I usually swing by to see what's new here.

Buyers beware. I bought a xbox one game for my partner but he already had it. They would not refund my money eventhough it was only bought an hour ago, unopened. I dont shop at game and wont purchase any other item. Really not happy that I cant get a refund and very surprised. The workers were great but I just think they need to make customers aware when purchasing the item, as most company's do refunds.

Well stocked and interesting shop to look around. Lots of merch these days. Competitive prices too. This store is quite a small one but seems okay even if quite busy.
