I honestly would not use anywhere else. The sales guys are always honest and truthful. The products are great, really high quality and when they fit them they do not go until you are totally satisfied.. If there are any issues further down the line they are straight out to sort it. Really old fashioned service in the best sense

Having had a front door fitted I can say the staff are polite and helpful. The product is rubbish. The front door has been changed as first was bowed, the new door is also bowed. It took 9-10 months of emails to get door changed along with lots of visits from G2S. It was a different person each time they visited. I do not have the strength to go through the whole process again now the new door is bowed. Do not use this company as you will regret it. Do not be sucked in by the 10 year warranty as they replace like for like so if like my family you will go from one poor product to the same poor product again. This is after one fitter informed us that “we don’t use those hinges anymore ,there rubbish” while checking door prior to replacement. Overall the staff are nice but the product is rubbish and they choose to supply it. Avoid

What an absolute joke this company is. We reported to g2s that our front door had faded badly after only 4 yrs, they agreed that the door would be changed within 6 weeks. This was before Christmas and we are still waiting for our door. Not once have they contacted us to let us know what’s happening, we have made so many calls to their office to be told yes it will be in on a certain day, it never is. How this company can be allowed to treat people like this is beyond me. I am seeking legal advice now sick of their excuses. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Good product, good installation - beautiful new porch too. Two small things needed attention and got it, right on time. I don't bother going elsewhere, I just pick up and dial G2S.

Not a good experience so far, they don't answer the phone, I have left messages for them to call back . If you try calling now their mail box is full.They have not stayed in contact with their customers since Covud19. One email in the past five months. Paid deposit back in March. All other double glazing companies are back to work! Would have been good customer service if they refunded my deposit.

Phoned this morning spoke to Richard, and explained how I had a problem with my front door, within in less than an hour, I had two gentlemen turn up and fix my door ,thank you for the excellent service I received today.

G2S supplied and fitted my new front door promptly and efficiently. When I had concerns about it fading after several years they were happy to review the problem and replace it. Staff were polite and helpful and keen to ensure I was satisfied with the finished product.I would use this company again.
