Have worked for future for 10 months now,.not a bad company to work for, only problem's i have had is i never got told about my area manager leaving and was trying to get hold of her for weeks and i don't think they give you enough cleaning stuff to last you four months other wise the staff were friendly and helpful, be a shame to leave

Shocking company to work for. I endured 4 months of workplace bullying; Future Cleaning did nothing to prevent this nor protect me in my place of work. When I finally verbally retaliated I was suspended without pay and sacked! This is no way to treat honest hard working staff with over 2 years' service!

Great service, Future look after our offices and staff are always friendly and do a great job. Highly recommend!

Money fiddlers... the amount of people I know who hasn't received their full wages... And logging people in on uattend when they are not even at work, then when found out, get rid to cover their backs..no one is bothered that someone is fiddling.. Absolutely disgraceful!!!

I did work in the company continuously for 4 years. They chose to send an email about my transfer and made no effort in contacting me as a person who has never stepped out of line. After my leaving by law i was then contacted by my regional manger who wanted info from me about his situation to my site in regards to a law suit future wished to pursue. And get this he wanted info from me prior to him making this claim. Highly hypocritically if you ask anyone as i dis the same and was stonewalled. Stay clear as an employee and as a client as they make plans for departure if you make him mad.

Discgracefull company, Very UNSAFE and dangerous. the polish cleaner dagmara is the worst. She verbally bullied assaulted and sacked 3 of her colleagues for refusing to work when THEY WERE COVID POSITIVE and self isolated, RISKING massive and controlled spread of coronavirus. Someone have to hold this polish cleaner dagmara responsible as she breach the law by FORCING SICK PEOPLE to spread covid by cleaning someone else houses !! NO ONE should ever use future cleaning solutions in Blackpool AS they are using sick workers to clean your houses and SPREAD COVID !!

They got a contract for our Office Cleaning including external building cleaning because the gave us a good price compared to the previous contractor. We are glad we made the decision and this has been a big relief to us in terms of cleaning bills and reliable service. We hardly ever have complaints and hardly need to remind them. We wish Future cleaning Services all the best.
