Bought the most expensive sofa paid in full! Sofa and cushions we delivered in a wrong colour no point calling the shop to explain what the problem is as they can’t help suggest to me to bring cushions to the shop till 17:00 as it’s theirs customer service desk opening time. So I presume they don’t expect their customers to work?! I had to go to the shop and take physical photos of the fabric samples to prove my order was made in the wrong fabric and email it to their customer service team... a month later I’m still chasing them for resolution to my complaint, poor communication and they blaming suppliers as apparently they ALL were on a holiday break for three weeks?! Poor customer service, don’t return calls and none existent complaint handling procedures all of these makes you feel like you bought sofa on a market from the back of a van for a £100.
