Do not buy from them. Its all good until you have an issue with the comfort of the sofa (purchased only a year before) and they will find any excuse not to support in the resolution but instead have no issue to direct you to the legal ombudsman for resolution. The material used is clearly poor and the customer service department is unwilling to do anything to get to a resolution.

Excellent service from Andrew Twigg. He was very knowledgeable about the products, the after service and advice on how to care for it when you receive it. He was very personable and talked us through the purchasing progress and what happens next. Would definitely deal with him again.

Avoid the Brighton store, purchase online if you have to Ordered a mattress from the Brighton store 3-4 weeks ago and it was delivered today - I called up (within 30 minutes of receiving it) and asked to return it (it's still in it's original packaging and unopened) and I was told by John in the Brighton store that I couldn't return it because their terms and conditions don't allow returns for anything other than damage. I spoke with their online division on the phone and they said they would accept returns for any reason within 14 days but they have no power over the stores. Seemingly the stores can make up any unreasonable Ts&Cs they want and you don't have any comeback. I would strongly advise that if people really need to purchase from Furniture Village they use the stores (particularly the Brighton one) purely as a means of looking at what they want to purchase. Then order it from the website where you get a lot more legal protection for your purchase and aren't dealt with rudely by store staff like John.

Excellent service shown by your expert salesman. His experience was second to none and his knowledge was very expert. It was a pleasure to visit the sales room and find staff who care about their customers. I must add the coffee served was extremely good. Thank you Furniture Village for expert service and hope that this will continue and look forward to delivery of our new lounge suite.

Lovely shopping experience at Brighton Furniture Village. Nicely laid out furniture, staff helpful but not pushy. Bradley was top notch! Really helpful, friendly but professional, definitely 5 stars, couldn't have done more. Would certainly recommend to friends. Thank you for making it so easy to choose a new sofa.

Visited the store as looking for new a sofa. As soon as we walked in it felt clean and smelt clean. A fantastic choice of sofas, better than any of the other major furniture stores we visited yesterday. When we walked in staff asked if we needed help but didn't pester. Finally made our choice and was served by Kacey although young she was very knowledgeable on the product, not to mention patient and very pleasant. Paying for items quick and easy. Only drawback is the wait time but that isn't the store's fault its a nationwide problem. A great easy transaction. Wasn't expecting to find what we wanted but very pleased we did 😀😄

My wife and I have been shopping for a sofa for a few months now and it was all becoming a bit of a minefield. Then another visit to Furniture Village and it all just fell into place. We always felt that the sofas there were better quality than the others, so when we found the one we both liked, we were chuffed to bits. David Marshall was brilliant, he made the purchase very easy and efficient AND really looked after us with a great deal. I would highly recommend dealing with him. We also changed our minds on the colour of the sofas after a couple of days, but managed to get straight through to David with no problems and he made the changes for us. Many Thanks
