As beautiful as my bed looked it's not exactly the case. I paid a bit extra as l was told that another layer will keep the bed firm Unfortunately the bed goes flat like deflate and its visible when you stand across. I am not a happy bunny at all. Spoke to your office and you were on the defensive side, the product is a let down
