Won the jackpot on fishbowl frenzy (500 tickets) machine stopped giving out tickets at 207. First staff member said there was nothing she could do unless she had personally seen me winning the jackpot. Second staff member checked my card, and there was no history of where half my play tokens had went. He gave me 6 tokens as compensation to "try and win the jackpot again" (ended up winning 6 more tickets). I spent 15 minutes leaving my details only to be contacted later and told the machines history had been checked, and that I'd only won 207 tickets, despite the fact I witnessed my one ball landing in the 500 bowl (others are like 6,12,60 etc so no way to win 207 unless I'd won a multi ball). Considering the missing 293 tickets would of only got me a couple keychains at best, I found it extremely petty that they would refuse to pay out what I'd won. Won't be going back to this place.

Usually have a good time here but was a bit disappointed today. We won the jackpot on one of their games but it never paid out the tickets. The staff weren't really interested and just refunded our game which to be fair wasn't really good enough. Winning the jackpot is the whole point of playing and if you win it and it just doesn't pay out then there's no point. Would have been happy if the staff had offered even some tickets as a good WILL gesture or some game tokens. Literally anything. Really let down
