Staff (Rosie, and the young guy, Mike?) were excellent help and very friendly. You can buy OR hire some really quality costumes, and the one I hired was tenfold better in quality, fitting, and appearance than anything similarly priced on Amazon. Also, you can try on the costume before you part with cash in their fitting rooms! I received a great service, was so pleasantly surprised. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I need any costumes or dress up stuff.
