My house immediately faces here less than 10 ft. People use as short cut drops rubbish which then bl

My house immediately faces here less than 10 ft. People use as short cut drops rubbish which then blows onto porch or piles up at front door. Very noisy even have people riding motor bike / scooter through, going back & forth across the grass revving engines also doing practice obstacle jumps, Have to keep windows closed at all times VERY NOISY not all pick up their dog mess so gets lots of flies
