Recommended to use the services as we were looking for a new accountant. My email was acknowledged, I chased up the email as nothing happened after that, I waited a bit longer, I chased up again and was asked to chase up again if I had not heard. As a business owner I have never asked new business clients to chase up new business enquiries? Initial contact made on the 5th February, it's now the 19th March...... Clearly they don't need any new business.

High recommend Erika Balkham of Friend James- she is a fantastic accountant. Always quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable on all complicated matters. She has helped me as a freelance self-employed individual through all matters such as tax returns, maternity, house moves , lettings and furlough. A very personable service using up to date modern systems such as Xero and paperless accountancy.
