Let me start by saying I’m so annoyed I have to give 1 star - they don’t deserve it. Absolutely appalling communication and customer service. I arrived for my 3pm for my booked appointment and was told to take a seat; rather than do this I asked if I should come back. I was told to come back at 3:30pm, which I did. Upon arrival back I was ignored for around 4-5 minutes so I asked ( no one specifically as no one who worked there bothered to acknowledge me) if they were ready for my appointment. I was told to sit at a seat. My old shellac was removed and then she was gone - no communication. I sat until 4:30pm - now 1 1/2 HOURS past my appointment time - taking note there were 3 technicians working and 8 people waiting - uummmm yep this is going to take a while !! At 4:30pm I stood up and said I can’t wait any longer! I just got stares above masks - no apologies, zero acknowledgment. What a waste of time - rude, money hungry over booking business. To top it off, they were still taking walk-ins. Don’t go here Don’t waste your time Terrible terrible terrible

2 kids Spa Pedicures, 20min to do BOTH. Very rushed & cost $50. Then asked to me pay Cash. No Signs saying this. Only $20 minimum EFT payments. Won't be returning. It was a special treat for my kids. Didn't feel that special. Disappointing!

Staff were so rude and ignorant. They tried to double charge us in the middle of our appointment. They did not give me my correct shape that I asked for.. Upon entrance the floor was disgusting very dirty and unhygienic. We sat down and the cloths from the previous client was not changed. Overall do not recommend this salon.. Very poor customer service. Will NOT be coming back.
