Way overpriced and the owner takes andvatange of her residents she loves to get the drug addicts in there cause they garunteed get benefits and she wants it she does not fix anything toilets are disgusting and the showers use bor water and same with the taps in the caravans filthy nosey children and crackhead mothers leaving their kids unattended for weeks lots of crackhead fighting and lots of drugs it is a useful place if you have nowhere to go but you will slip in to the wrong crowd when you get their some of the people are great but they all live like pigs at the owners expense as I said nothing ever gets fixed and everything is just terrible

What a pretty and quiet place. Has a coffee / food van out the front and as of yet I am not tempted

What a pretty and quiet place. Has a coffee / food van out the front and as of yet I am not tempted by the menu. However the residents seem to be down on their luck with limited possibilities of improvement at this point in time.
