Excellent service, professional, courteous and job done in a very timely manner. Highly recommend.

My family and I are in the market for an inground pool and visited Freedom Pools in Wagga as part of our research into local companies to do this for us. I don't give this review and rating lightly, however I think this is some honest truth that needs to be heard. The customer service was beyond terrible. We were ignored by the two staff members, one who was busy speaking with someone else who appeared to be a supplier. We approached the other staff member after 10 minutes and told him we wanted to enquire about putting in a pool. He was dismissive and not interested. He seemed shocked at wanting to discuss pools with someone in a pool shop. It all seemed too hard for him to bother with. We left empty handed, not even a brochure or booklet to look through. Guess we'll head back to Narellan Pools.

Excellent customer service. Kept the shop open late to assist us. Had the answers to all our questions and was happy to explain EVERYTHING in minute detail. We couldn't have been happier with the service.

Freedom pools are always extremely helpful with any pool inquiries or servicing required on our pool. Just before winter they installed a heat pump on our pool which was a great investment & extended the months of the year the kids can enjoy the pool. I would highly recommend Freedom pools & Spas Riverina to any of my friends or family without hesitation.
