She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise, not just in massage but also healing, therapy, reiki and meditation to name a few. I make sure I see her every month to "reset" my mind, body and spirit. Nicola has coaxed my shoulders, neck and back muscles into a more relaxed and flexible state, thus alleving my tension headaches and posture issues.
