Frankie & Benny’s cardiff

I have been meaning to write this review for a while now and have just come across the little card to remind me. We visited this restaurant for my daughters birthday and upon entry were greeted by a lovely friendly face, this young woman turned out to be our waitress. She was attentive and interacted with the children and made my daughters birthday memorable, she is an asset to the restaurant. The waitress, Kiah, also ensured that my nut allergy was appropriately handled and went through all of my options with me.

Had wonderful service from Kate today at your Nantgarw branch. The restaurant was full and she was rushed off her feet. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay with us. She was very friendly and had a great laugh with us. Very smiley and polite. Probably the best service I’ve had, especially considering how busy they restaurant was. She also served me another time with another friend and her two children. Once again, went above and beyond and engaged with the children and made them feel included, which I thought was very impressive. I myself am a manager in retail. If I had someone like Kate as part of my team, I would be delighted. Thanks again Kate! X

Been here a few times with the family, its always very welcoming and I like the fact the kids are well looked after. A big thank you to Aisha who made my daughter feel so special, it was really busy and she took the time to do this. Also her service was spot on, considering how demanding some of the customers were.... Thanks, we will visit again soon! Food was good too!

What a fantastic evening the family and I have had. Our waitress Sadie was absolutely amazing couldn't thank her enough for all the help she gave us. She helped us even tho it was busy. The food was outstanding! Will definitely be back here again... 100% would recommend here.

I just wanted to take the time to say how incredible my visit was recently. The waitress Kate was great with my friends youngest, shes such a fussy eater and kate took the time to help create a meal that the little one would eat, we were very impressed. All 3 of us had wraps, simple yet ridiculously tasty. Set us up for the day! Would highly recommend for a relaxing lunch.

Had a really nice evening here! Reece was an excellent waiter and really went above and beyond to give us the best service he could, food had a slight wait to arrive but Reece made sure we were all happy and had enough drinks and was really communicative with us, Food was really nice and the bubblegum daiquiri cocktails were really nice too! Definitely recommend for a good family night out.

Reece was very friendly and helped us through out the evening. He made us feel very welcome and we really enjoyed our evening. We ordered a cocktail which wasn't to our taste, but Reece offered us a complimentary drink. We will definitely be back again as Reece gave us the best experience we've had in a while in a restaurant.

We celebrated our daughters birthday here tonight and we could not have asked for anything more from the team. The greeter was lovely, the waiter and waitress who topped up the drinks were fab, the food was scrummy but best of all TIM (our server) was not only lovely and attentive but he made the visit with his personality and her birthday song! Tonight really changed our mind about Frankie & Benny's - thank you all!!!

Came in for lunch yesterday served by Leanne. Amazing service was given to us and the food was amazing. I later found out Leanne was the general manager and they are lucky to have you, we shall definitely be back thank you Nantgarw

Had the best evening!! Food was great but Timmy the server was even better. Kids and I loved him. Had a fantastic evening he was so attentive even when he was busy. Top marks. See you soon.
