Have had my first massage ever here. Full body deep tissue massage. Was everything I hoped for and more. Almost a month later I'm still doing the same physical work but my joints and muscles are recovering much quicker. I can feel the oxygen flowing through me. Thanks Frank.

Frank is a great sport therapist. He really took the time to listen to my issue at the start of the session with an open mind. I felt very comfortable from the beginning and have already decided I will return. The massage was great and I already feel an improvement to the lower back issues I was having. As well as the massage, Frank provided me with some useful stretching techniques to try at home. An overall great experience!

Really great experience! First time I'd been and I definitely think I'll be back. Consultation was quick and concise to work out any problem areas. The massage itself was brilliant, it worked a lot of tension out of my muscles. Also followed up with personal advice to help me relieve some of the tension at home, and a complimentary bottle of water! Overall, very professional, very relaxing! Thanks :D

Excellent sports Therapy center, the therapist was really good and he helped me get rid of my back pain. He carefully listens to all your needs and is very courteous. Just make sure you reach there at least 10 mins before your appointment time as you may have to fill out forms. Regarding the location it's a old building while entering you may not like the look of it but the therapy room and the therapist are really good. And it's very near to central station. People coming by car may find it difficult to find a parking space ;) I enjoyed it and was really helpful.

Frank helped immensely as had recent chronic back pain which was brought on by really bad posture and hunching over Laptop / PC daily. Frank first had flexible appointments which suits my shift patterns The Deep Tissue massage took away 18 months of Covid stresses and strains and can feel the benefits. I would highly recommend Frank who was very professional and very good suggestions for stretching exercises . Thank you Frank very much appreciated
