Fox’s Pacier Sprints glasgow

Fox's was the most competitively priced which is why I went with them. They were efficient on the phone, friendly and picked up my furniture from a third party with no hassles at all. Payment was easy and when there was a chance that the cost could change (if a larger van was needed) they let me know asap. The delivery guy was good, friendly, helpful, called when one hour away to let me know when he'd be arriving. Overall there is not a thing I could fault. Great service right down to Jamie calling the next day to check all was okay. Will definitely use again.

We were looking for a company that would collect our items at a specific time from an exhibition we did in Glasgow and it proved impossible until we finally found Jamie who swiftly organised everything for us. Jamie came to collect all items separately and built the pallet for us and we received it the day after by 10AM! They made a very busy weekend end very smoothly. We could not recommend Fox’s enough, we will definitely be using them again. Thanks Jamie!

One huge good point is that they beat the original quote I had from another removal/storage facility, and Jamie himself is lovely and very accommodating. They removed my goods promptly and stored them securely in their storage unit for a year. The only issue I really had was that one or two things went missing which I think may have happened during the initial removal to their storage unit, which both myself and Fox's annoyingly will have no proof of. I wrapped up my mattress in layers and layers of clingfilm with the assistance of a friend and wrapped the fixtures of my bed frame in a plastic bag, and taped this to the mattress with lots of strong black tape to ensure they didn't come off. When the mattress was delivered back to the new house, this bag was missing and had been ripped from the mattress (there was a rip on the clingfilm where it originally was) and we turned the house upside down looking for it - Fox's couldn't find it either and to be fair, the girl I spoke with was also lovely and she even got the driver to look too. This unfortunately meant my father in law had to take time out of his day to source new screws and washers to put my bed together. I'd recommended them to friends before this happened so I felt a little let down.

I cannot recommend Jamie and his team highly enough....they were able to offer a next day service where I had tried numerous other couriers who weren’t able to offer a date for weeks! They kept me advised of logistics on the day...and made the whole process so easy! Huge thanks...will definitely use them again Rhona

I used Fox Packer Sprints to move a large piece of furniture. Jamie was very responsive and efficient, arranged collection and delivery whilst keeping me informed. When I asked for a quote on an auction pick-up, I got one very promptly. While I waited for another service to quote on the same job, James alerted me to the fact that he would be picking up from that auction house that day. The very late quote from the other service was double that of James. The item arrived a couple of days later, very nicely packed. As regards value, the charge was pretty much in line with what one comes to expect of such services and although the charges seem astonishingly steep, we have to bear in mind that the services must pay their way and provide some profit to their owners [and also that buying at distant auctions wouldn't work without them]. That being said, I feel that James Fox and his team provided good value for the money. I would trust them with work in the future.

We used Fox Couriers before and were happy to do so again recently. Transporting live oysters, an exceedingly difficult consignment, from Scotland to the West country. Excellent communication and service, even when problems arose with the packaging, which was swiftly resolved by Fox for us. Challenging times for couriers at the moment, great work by Jamie and the team.
