Four Seasons Hotel Singapore – lake district

Excellent room. We had a birthday staycation for my daughter. Staff are friendly and not overbearing. They are always at hand to.assist. overall a great hotel and staff

Checked in during Christmas Eve and got my room quite late due to full capacity, however Guest Experience Manager Mr. Tham had personally gotten in touch to apologize for the delay and ensure the rest of my stay was pleasant. Overall, I was highly impressed by the five-star quality of service and appreciated how accommodating staff were with my pet as well.

This hotel beat my expectations with the service. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The service is just amazing! The rooms are really luxurious and the beds are probably one of the best beds I have ever slept on!

I went there for a staycation with my spouse and my two newborn babies. Amenities are limited and the hotel a bit old BUT the level of service was absolutely amazing. I also recommend the happy hour at one ninety Bar

We stayed 3 nights at Four Season Singapore, great location, services, we had great time. Once you step in the lobby you can smell the 5*. Highly recommend.

First-class customer service experience! I had trouble with my flight and didn’t manage to fly to Singapore. The booking and reservation personnel, Mr. Chris was so helpful in resolving and refunding my booking even though it was a last minute cancellation request and it wasn’t made directly through four seasons website. Thumbs up to Chris and the four seasons team! I end up staying at four seasons KL now due to the great experience!

Great location! We stay 6 nights on the suite and the staff is great. Rooms are very clean and service was amazing and also very comfortable bedding out of the hotels we stay this was our best yet.

Such a fantastic hotel. We were long stay guests here and were looked after so well by every member of staff here, nothing was too much trouble and our stay was completely faultless. A special mention however to Karen who made afternoons spent at the roof top pool an absolute pleasure. Thank you!

Great experience at this hotel. Guest experience team and staff in general were very accommodating and understanding of our needs. Breakfast was good too.

The rooms are well kept and comfortable. Is behind the main shopping district of Orchard. Is a quieter place to stay in the heart of town. Food at the hotel is good as well.
