I came in here with a faulty smart watch well over a year old, and left with the latest generation version of the same and a gift card to the value of the difference. I can't recommend this store enough. Great staff and superb customer service.

The young lady was extremely helpful. Very pleasant and welcoming. Offered the engraving service, accepted, with my initials on the key. Nice personal touch. 30% discount, which is always a bonus. Overall, good product excellent service. And that's the reason I go back and recommend them to my friends.
