Can we see this watch working? '' it works the same as the other watches. '' You should definitely try expanding your customer care technique. That was a pathetic attempt while the shop was completely empty. Never comming back again. We actually wanted to buy one but not any more.

Staff know their stuff ..... and their customers. Never fail to take time to show me new ranges they know I'll like or help me buy another fabulous watch. Totally biased as they are my favourite watches but love dropping in.

The young lady was extremely helpful. Very pleasant and welcoming. Offered the engraving service, accepted, with my initials on the key. Nice personal touch. 30% discount, which is always a bonus. Overall, good product excellent service. And that's the reason I go back and recommend them to my friends.
