Both my partner and I have Fossil watches which we purchased in store and love. Every time I need a strap or battery replaced, the staff are so lovely and helpful. I recently got a watch engraved and was so chuffed with their service. It's worth traveling into Cambridge for their excellent customer service!

Emma is amazing!!!! We went to the Cambridge store on the 27th Dec to look at a backpack that I have wanted for absolute ages. Emma was so helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I walked away with the Parker Back Pack and a Hybrid Smartwatch! Both on an amazing offer!! I even had to ring the next day as I don't live in Cambridge and I couldn't get my notifications to work on my watch. Emma talked me through it step by step. She is an asset to Fossil and I will definitely be going back.

Can not believe how rude a female member of staff was today, completely unreasonable! Being exempt from wearing a mask means I do not have to wear one in, being rudely questioned & having her raise her voice at me in front of so many other people is disgusting. If I already have issues in that area what a way to make someone feel even worse & belittle them like that!!
