The doctors, nurse (more than 75%) are rude, lack basic manners - they upset my wife a number of times over the last few years, it makes her very nervous going to this place, it’s beyond me how they got outstanding I wonder how they rate themselves. Going to make a formal complaint to the NHS about the staff here.

Was on the phone to this GP surgery earlier on and the receptionists are absolutely awful! So patronising and are certainly not problem solvers. Very disappointing service today and made me feel very angry and upset because of the way I was spoken too. I myself am a receptionist and I would never dream of speaking like that to even the worst of people.

Good surgery. I've generally had a good experience with the doctors and nurses here. Have been seen by most of the doctors and nurses here at some point and they are all pretty good. Claire and Nicola the nurses are absolutely fantastic, can't rate them highly enough. Only downside is it can be very difficult to get appointments. If you need an appointment within a couple of days you have to pray that someone else cancels and you manage to nab their slot first!

I don’t know why I have to give them 1 star. I would like to rate this surgery 0 stars. They are so careless. A number of times we have been let down from this surgery. Doctors are very rude, they don’t care about the patient. I rang up this morning at 8 o clock and made an appointment for my wife’s medicine review and I was told that I would receive a call from the doctor between 2 and 4 o clock. I’ve waited all day and haven’t heard anything. She’s on regular medication and she’s going to run out of her medicine tomorrow. She’ll have no medicine left. I don’t know what to do. This has happened in the past and they did exactly the same thing. I ordered the medicine and the chemist said that they hadn’t received the prescription. Then it came to the weekend and she ran out of medicine, the surgery was closed and I was running around everywhere. I rang up NHS 111 and they arranged some doctor from London who called at 1 o clock in the morning and told me that there is only 1 chemist open nearby that would close in 10 minutes. Im going to send the prescription to them and I will also give them a ring to wait for you to collect the medicine. When I went there, they didn’t have all the medicine. I rang up the surgery on Monday and they told me that they were sorry and that normally they care for the patients. Sorry is not good enough. They are playing with patients’ lives. I went in myself a couple of times and asked for the surgery manager to raise my issue. I’ve always been told that the manager is busy. I think I’m gonna have to raise a complaint to the health authority. I suggest to new patients, please if you care about yourself do not join this practice.

This doctor surgery is shocking, Bernie the office manager won't deal with anything eg complaint. Been asking to speak to Tim Morris surgery manager and he is never there, never get call back like promised. You can never get a doctor appointment and are waiting on hold for 1hr at a time. Near on impossible to get an on the day appointment. 1* is still to high for a ratings. This has been going on for over 1 year there is no point putting in a complaint as you don't do anything about it. Look at you review I'm not the only on that is not happy with the surgery your rating is below 3 that is shocking. Like I said Bernie will and has done everything to stop complaint from going any further then her.

Trying to see a Dr in person is like getting blood from a stone. Reception are unhelpful saying need to have a phone appointment which I've already done it is a joke. By the end of the week 2 phone appointments later it will then move to a face to face that's 3 appointments I've had that needed to only be one it is a waste of my time and the Dr's which could have been given to someone else. By which time I would have been suffering with neck pain for over 5 weeks and this is considered acceptable!!
