After being let down by not one but two dry cleaners in the space of a week, I was left with an unwearable dress the night before my event. My boyfriend phoned the shop and the owner answered (despite it being out of work hours) and we explained the situation. His response was excellent, he was eager to help and he even went as far as coming in early the next day to sort the dress for us. He advised us on what service would be best under the time restraint and it came out perfectly, not to mention extremely reasonably priced. Couldn’t recommend or thank him enough.
